Our Personnel

The West Chicago Fire Protection District has dedicated and professional personnel that proudly serve our community.  Our staffing is comprised of both District personnel and contractual staff.  The District is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of five residents who are appointed by the Chair of the Dupage County Board.  Additionally, the District has a Board of Fire Commissioners who is charged with the responsiblity for testing, appointing, and promoting sworn personnel of the District in accordance with Illinois laws.
